We recently stumbled upon this old Metropolitan Home article that captures our food philosophy and why we do what we do. Even all these years later, it still rings true. While our venue has changed, the fundamentals haven’t: cooking with great ingredients, nurturing relationships with farmers and purveyors, and making people feel good through food.
