Loved this wedding! The design direction was–– use the best available flowers which meant all sorts of glorious dahlias, garden roses and fall foliage. Local flower grower, Andrea of LynnVale Studios, is growing zinnias that resemble scabiosas. Yesterday she brought me the first of the crop with the promise of more in the coming weeks that will be muted non-colors–– peachy tan, greenish pink... Cannot wait!
